- Connect an email account or calendar

- Calendar free/busy availability (if calendar integration is enabled)
1.2 Email and Message Data
The Service processes email messages temporarily in order to perform user-requested actions such as scheduling, proposing times, or responding within an existing email thread.
We do not store email message contents or bodies.
The only email-related information stored in our systems is limited message metadata, such as:
- Message identifiers
- Sender and recipient addresses
- Timestamps
- Thread or conversation identifiers
All stored metadata is encrypted at rest and in transit and retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service.
1.3 Information from Third-Party Services
If you connect third-party services (such as email providers or Google Calendar), we receive only the minimum data required to provide scheduling functionality, including:
- Email headers and metadata (for connected email providers)
- Calendar free/busy status (availability only)
- Encrypted OAuth tokens needed to maintain the connection
We do not access or store calendar event titles, descriptions, attendee lists, attachments, or other event content from your personal calendar data.
1.4 Automatically Collected Information
We may collect limited technical information such as:
- IP address
- Device and browser type
- Log and usage data
This information is used for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
1.5 Google Calendar and Google Meet Integration
Google Calendar integration is optional and enabled only with your explicit consent through Google OAuth, as clearly outlined in the Google OAuth consent screen.
If you choose to add Google Meet to an invite, Liazon sends only the data required to create or update the invite and attach a Meet link.
You may disconnect Google Calendar at any time in Liazon settings or by revoking Liazon access in your Google account permissions. Once disconnected, Liazon will stop new calendar access.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information solely to:
- Provide and operate the Service
- Facilitate scheduling and meeting coordination
- Check free/busy availability to avoid scheduling conflicts
- Create or update calendar invites and optionally add Google Meet links when user-requested
- Generate user-initiated email responses
- Maintain conversation context using encrypted metadata
- Detect, prevent, and investigate abuse or misuse
- Monitor system performance and reliability
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use personal data for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.
We do not use Google Workspace data for advertising. Access and use of Google user data is limited to providing and improving user-facing scheduling features.
3. Email and Communications
Emails sent by the Service are:
- User-initiated and transactional in nature
- Sent only to participants involved in an existing scheduling conversation
- Directly related to a communication initiated by the user
We do not send bulk, promotional, or unsolicited emails.
Recipients may request that assistant-generated emails stop at any time, and such requests will be honored promptly.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data.
We may share information only:
- With trusted service providers that support our infrastructure (such as cloud hosting and email delivery)
- To comply with applicable laws or lawful requests
- To protect the security, integrity, and rights of Liazon, LLC and its users
All service providers are contractually required to protect data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal data and encrypted message metadata only for as long as necessary to:
- Provide the Service
- Maintain conversation continuity
- Comply with legal obligations
- Enforce our agreements
Users may request deletion of their data at any time, subject to legal or operational requirements.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
All stored metadata is encrypted. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
