Liazon provides an automated assistant that helps users coordinate meetings and scheduling by processing user-initiated emails and calendar data.
The Service operates only in response to user actions and facilitates communication related to scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling.
Calendar integrations (including Google Calendar and optional Google Meet link creation) are opt-in features and require your explicit authorization.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws
- All activity that occurs under your account
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited, bulk, or promotional emails
- Harass, abuse, or deceive recipients
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Send content that is unlawful, harmful, or misleading
- Upload or use purchased, scraped, or third-party email lists
- Circumvent usage limits or safeguards
Use of the Service must always be user-initiated and related to legitimate scheduling or coordination activities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these rules.
4. Email Sending and Communications
Emails generated or sent by the Service:
- Are transactional and non-promotional
- Are sent only to participants involved in an existing scheduling conversation
- Reflect actions initiated by the user
You are responsible for ensuring that recipients reasonably expect to receive such communications.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect information.
Key principles include:
- Email message contents are not stored
- Only limited, encrypted message metadata is retained
- Data is processed solely to provide the Service
- Google Calendar access is limited to free/busy availability only
- Calendar and Meet integrations are optional and can be revoked at any time
6. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as email or calendar providers). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
6.1 Google Calendar and Google Meet Authorization
If you enable Google Calendar integration, you authorize Liazon to access only free/busy availability needed for scheduling and conflict detection.
Liazon does not access calendar event titles, descriptions, attendee lists, or other event content from your calendar.
If you request Google Meet for an invite, you authorize Liazon to create or update the invite with a Meet link through Google APIs.
You may opt out at any time by disconnecting the integration in Liazon or revoking access in your Google account.
7. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, branding, and documentation, are owned by Liazon, LLC.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your use creates security, legal, or operational risk
- Required by law or regulatory authorities
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liazon, LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from misuse of the Service
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Liazon, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
